Enhanced Security and Administration - Team Collaboration

APOS Publisher for Cloud has improved security to support team collaboration, enabling secure usage of the solution across multiple business units of an organization:

  • Users and Groups
    Individual user profiles are assigned to defined groups that bring users from across business units and sub-units.
  • Access Rights
    Administrative controls on groups determine which user groups can acccess which folders and what rights users have on those folders.
  • Enhanced Administration
    Administrator can view and track when users create, delete, or modify; what machines they are logging in from; and when potential issues arise.
  • Recycle Bin
    Allows the administrator to restore content that users may have accidentally deleted.
