APOS Customer Success – Vonex

Vonex is an ASX listed, multi-award-winning telecommunications company keeping thousands of Australian businesses connected through cloud-based PBXs, reliable Internet, and affordable mobile packages.

Challenge

Vonex uses SAP Analytics Cloud to discover, visualize and report on company performance indicators, as well as critical sales data. With a large portion of its staff working remotely, even before COVID-19, Vonex needed the ability to send out reports on regular intervals to appropriate team members so that they can be aware of sales and company performance indicators.

  Vonex uses APOS Publisher for Cloud’s dynamic flexibility to customize specific distribution lists so that staff are only receiving what is relevant to them.

The seamless integration of this product with SAP Analytics Cloud has made it very simple to use, and our sales team members now receive regular reports of their metrics and KPIs without anybody having to lift a finger.
