SAP’s Challenge

A prospective SAP BI customer went to SAP with some very specific distribution governance needs requiring enhanced print controls, destinations, formats and security to ensure timely and targeted delivery of critical, store-level information. SAP referred the customer to APOS. The resulting integration was so successful and beneficial that SAP included it in their SAP BI 4.2 release.

• Enhanced Destinations & Formats
  Send Web Intelligence to multiple printers, content management systems, network locations and custom locations in numerous formats.
• Enhanced Encryption & Security
  Add external encryption libraries with encryption algorithms to allow administrators to customize encryption. More secure FTP options.
• Enhanced Print Controls
  Send in multiple formats simultaneously; specify printers to which users can print for greater distribution governance; asynchronous out-of-process printing.
