An administrative department within the executive branch of a US state government, responsible for corrections, including prisons and community supervision.

Landscape & Core Challenge

Reporting is a critical function within government in general and corrections in particular. This department has a long-term commitment to SAP BusinessObjects as its reporting solution, is currently using BI 4.3, with plans to upgrade to BI 2025.
